Introduction—

Excited to work together

Firstly, let me thank you for this opportunity to continue working on the Recruitment Juice website and bring it up to date for 2019.

RecruitmentJuice.com needs a new slick and on the pulse website in order to increase the conversion rates for trial and purchasing users.

I have identified a number of weak areas in the current website that are choking conversion rates. These include:

  • Overall site design issues - looking dated / out-grown
  • UX and Navigational issues affecting user flow
  • Slow performance and SEO Architecture problems
  • Responsiveness for mobile and tablet could be better
  • Hosting could possibly be addressed to improve performance
  • Whilst the existing website has all the right ingredients to drive sales, the overall image of the site is not as fulfilling as it could be - let's think bigger, let's think top 100 company and try and give off an untouchable image that is more befitting of the award winning software and services Recruitment Juice already provides and as leaders in technology in your sector. On top of that the aim is to improve overall user flow, navigation and performance.

The new website should be clear, concise, clutter free and to the point whilst giving Recruitment Juice validity, value and exuding outright awesomeness!

Perhaps a fun and fresh look whilst still looking serious and credible could be an avenue to explore. This can be achieved through the use of sharp and fresh colours, bold curves, quirky animations and sharp imagery / illustrations.

With my expertise and over 14 years experience in Web Design, Development and Marketing, I am proposing to overhaul Recruitment Juice's website and relaunch it bigger, better and bolder than ever.

I am confident this will improve Recruitment Juice's online image and aid in delivering significantly increased conversion rates in order to help you to realise your revenue goals for the year and beyond.

    Let's not reinvent the wheel

    The Process—

What to expect working with me

I take a comprehensive approach to web design and development. I strive to understand your market, your audience and your products and services in depth, so that I can correlate every design and engineering decision directly back to helping you achieve your business goals.

I'm a huge believer in the power of collaboration. The more fluid our communications, the more powerfully we can achieve your goals.

To deliver this outcome, my process has five stages:

    Research—

I begin by performing a rigorous audit of your website and market space. Who is the core audience? What are their concerns and values? What design style will work best? What can we learn from other industry leaders? What can we do better than your competitors?

    Prototyping—

Prototyping involves rapid and collaborative iteration on wireframe concepts, mock layouts and directions.

    Design—

Once we've agreed on finalised prototypes we waltz into the design stage to create high fidelity mockups and/or working pages of the final product.

    Build—

Then we bring those mockups to life and into the Wordpress platform you are familiar with, bring up the staging servers and code up the designs. Also, I am not talking vanilla here, let's add in some of the latest technologies to give some spark... like CSS3 and HTML5 animations that give the polished look and help drive eyes where they should be looking and fingers to the CTA's they should be clicking, whilst giving a smooth user experience.

    Building Content—

Here we are creating the pages and structure, Importing the existing content and ensuring every page is looking and performing well and will convert as it should do - also working on the overall user flow and navigation as well as search engine and device compatibility. This also includes installing plugins, importing users and all the rest of the important stuff you have been building on with your existing site.

    Testing & Launch—

Finally, we test everything is working and looking as it should and that things are performing optimally before we push the big red button and go for final launch.

    Project Scope—

With the aims of the business in mind, the new website should be set to spark a new era for your online image and overall web presence.

    What's included—

  • Full Mobile Responsiveness: The website is gonna be da' bomb on whatever device your visitor is using.
  • Revisions: I have made affordance for feedback during the wireframing and design phases of the project. Although I am flexible, It's important to note that large reworks or revisions requested outside of these phases may be charged at an additional hourly rate (£50 per hour).
  • Insertion of existing content: I will ensure that all your existing website content is brought over and improved upon where possible to be befitting of the new site. What's more there won't be any 404 errors, if things need to be reorganised then search engine friendly redirects will be used to ensure continuity of your old content.
  • Quality Assurance Testing: I have strict testing and quality-assurance standards and will have my Q&A team vet all websites prior deployment but remember we are all only human :) - in the event of any bugs or errors found we will move quickly and promptly to resolve.
  • Deployment of Tracking: I will do my best to accommodate your needs for Google Analytics tracking and setting up of conversion goals etc.
  • Awesomeness: Included by default.
  • What's excluded—

  • Stock Photos / Video Collateral: I am not able to provide any stock pictures, motion graphics or video content - if I need some I will request you purchase it on my behalf, alternatively subject to prior agreement I can purchase it and add it to the final invoice.
  • Clean & Awesome UX

A clutter free user experience on any Device

The aim is to tick all the boxes for a pleasant and driven visit no matter what device the user using.

Every view, every interaction, every form starts and ends with a smooth user experience.
